Bienstar Health provides Holistic Sports Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Personal Training services aimed at improving physical wellbeing.
These treatments are not a substitute for emergency medical advice or surgical intervention.

Securing Your Appointment: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Initial Consultation: All new clients are required to book a 60-minute Initial Consultation and Treatment at a rate of £80.00 (£20.00 deposit / £60.00 balance due at session).
Cancellation Window: We value your time and ours. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: * If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the £20.00 deposit will be forfeited.
- In the event of a "no-show" without any notice, we reserve the right to charge the full remaining balance of the session fee o the card on file.
Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred to a new time slot if the request is made more than 24 hours before the original appointment time.

Standard Fees: Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and cost £70.00
Wellbeing Bundles: The package of 4 sessions (£260.00) must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Bundle Expiry: All prepaid bundles must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

Clients must provide accurate health history during the initial consultation to ensure safe and effective treatment.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any changes to their health or medication between sessions.
Holistic Sports Therapy involves a full-body assessment to understand how different muscle groups and joints work together. Consequently, some areas of the body may need to be exposed during treatment. Your comfort and dignity are our priority; you will be appropriately covered at all times. Please bring or wear suitable underwear or athletic shorts to your session.
